We currently use browser storage for these purposes:

Analytics identifiers: Pseudonymous Codcube identifiers and Google Analytics cookies created only after you allow analytics
Usage events: Records page views, selected products, calls to action, form completion status, IP address, approximate location, and browser/device capabilities without recording form contents

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Storage

We store your analytics choice so the site can respect it on later visits.

Analytics Cookies

After consent, Codcube uses local and session storage identifiers and Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies. Google cookies are configured to expire after 90 days and may be renewed during a later consented visit.

Preference Cookies

We do not currently use separate personalization cookies.

Marketing Cookies

Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalized advertising, and Google Signals are disabled. We do not currently set advertising cookies.

How Analytics Is Handled

After you allow analytics, usage events are sent to Codcube's backend and selected PII-safe events are also sent to Google Analytics 4. The Google tag is not loaded before consent.

Visitor and session identifiers are pseudonymous
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and other form contents are not sent to Google Analytics
The originating IP address and available CDN-provided approximate country, region, city, postal code, coordinates, and timezone are stored
Browser language, timezone, display dimensions, platform, hardware capabilities, cookie and Do Not Track settings, and available connection capabilities are stored
We do not request precise GPS location or send the IP to a third-party location lookup service from the website
Codcube's first-party analytics events expire after 90 days; Google Analytics event data may be retained for up to 14 months according to the GA4 property setting
Google advertising and personalization features are disabled
Repeated identical events are suppressed for a short period

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have several options for managing cookies:

Choose Allow or Decline in our analytics consent banner
Configure your browser settings to block or delete cookies
Clear the site's cookies and local storage to reset stored analytics identifiers

Current analytics preference: Not chosen

Changing your preference to Decline stops new collection, updates Google Consent Mode to denied, and removes Codcube and visible Google Analytics identifiers from this browser. Previously collected events remain subject to their applicable retention period or an earlier valid deletion request.

Note: Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the core website.
